Food Packing
This shift is for packing boxes to people who are not able to come to our location to pick up the food. Each packaged box weighs 5 to 10 kg, and the work includes moving 50 to 100 boxes using carts.

Food Sorting
The task is to check expiration dates and sort food items donated.

Food Sorting and Packing
Activities include checking the expiration dates of donated food items for 2HJ in the warehouse, sorting them by type, and packing food for families in need.

Food Sorting @ 2HJ (Saitama base)
We will be preparing food to hand out to people who come to 2HJ (Saitama base) to pick up food.

Warehouse Assistance
At 2HJ warehouse, this activity includes organizing and transporting food boxes between facilities (about 200m).The role requires physical strength for lifting heavy items and proficiency in basic Japanese language skills.

Pantry
Helping with Marugohan (pantry pickup). We provide support in preparing and delivering food to individuals and households in need.

Harvest Lunch
This is a volunteer activity to prepare for the weekly Harvest Lunch (obento packing / hand out) held at Ueno Park.

Clerical Volunteer
Volunteer for clerical work. Tasks include PC data entry and other administrative duties / Opening envelopes / Organizing, scanning, and managing data for IC cards.
