You will receive a welcome email with instructions and a copy of our volunteer handbook. - ・Once registered and/or if you have volunteered with us before, please visit our calendar and sign up for a shift online.

Instructions:
- １．Once registered and/or if you have volunteered with us before, please visit our calendar and sign-up for a shift online (see the calendar below). Please be sure to use the same email address that was used for volunteer registration but leave the “Volunteer organization” field blank below.
After you sign-up, confirmation email with details will be sent to you. Please check the confirmation email before you join our activity. - ２．Volunteers are welcome to sign up for more than one shift per day and many of our volunteers do so. However, some consecutive shifts are not possible due to travel time required between locations (i.e., morning pantry shift in Asakusabashi, followed by Ueno Shift at 12:30pm, etc).
- ３．Shifts are published online for sign-up about one month in advance. When a shift shows up as FULL, please consider signing up for another shift or check again in a couple of days prior to the desired shift.
- ４．If your plan changes, please contact volunteer@2hj.org as soon as possible so another volunteer can take your place.
- ５．Volunteers need to be at least 12 years of age. Sorry, no childcare or waiting space available.
