Kumamoto Earthquake Relief Plan

Phase II
April 23 – July 31 :
Open a warehouse in Kumamoto to receive and redistribute relief supplies to evacuation centres, NGOs, and government agencies. As recovery progresses, look forays to provide direct aid to households in need through a pantry project.

Phase III
August 1 – December 31:
Shift to providing aid directly to households in need through pantry activities and developing a food safety-net.
