At the food pantry in July, we held fun activities such as fireworks, yo-yo fishing, and shaved ice, which served as a children’s play corner and a place for the local community. While some of the children have difficulties to go to school, they worked hard to make shaved ice for the younger children. Elderly people in the neighborhood also joined to this event and enjoyed watching the children playing fireworks.

At this time of the year, food costs are high, so food support is very helpful for people who are having trouble living. We are full of gratitude to the volunteers and companies who always support us.
