We believe that one of the government’s roles is to support the socially vulnerable. However, many people are unable to receive assistance due to “gray zone” mental health disorders or foreign nationality. We must sincerely acknowledge the reality that there are people who lack the minimum necessary food to live. From the perspective of providing essential sustenance for survival, food pantry activities are seen as building a foundation for the relief of the vulnerable in society.
